[The comm clicks on to the sound of being dropped. It clatters across the floor and is accompanied by the delicate sound of a screaming five year old girl. There's a thud, the patter of some frantic, heavier than usual footwork and a panicked whine. Oh, and then a slamming door.]

[She sounds like she's trying not to cry. There's a little bit of silence while Vie stares at her new surroundings and tries very hard not to have a panic attack.]

Tashi si mar?

[Finally Vie realizes that she dropped something on her mad escape from her room and dashes back to pick it up. She's got no idea what it is, or that it's broadcasting to the entire boat, but she dropped it so it must be hers? There's a fumble and a thud and the audio cuts out. ]

(ooc: Vie is 5 years old and on deck 12. She's a little distressed after finding a stranger in her room and remembers nothing of her time on the boat. I will probably get lazy with the Kirovian and summarise it, but for now WE SHALL SEE.

Goten jumps up off the couch and chases after her -why is he seventeen, why is he seventeen- and luckily, between his speed and the fact that she's five it doesn't take much to catch up to her. ...although he's probably terrifying her, being this big dude barreling down the hallways after her. Oops.]

*~~Marco~~ Felix is still hoping to find something useful in his wandering around the ship. Also he really doesn't want to stay in one place. He's feeling less pissy than he was before, mostly because confusion is overwriting that, but is still kind of bitchy.
He was picking through a suitcase when he hears Vie, and turns towards her ready to be angry.
...but not with a little girl. Shit. What does he do now?*

[THE STRANGE MAN IS FOLLOWING HER AND HE'S SAYING WEIRD THINGS.

Vie clings to the strange box and runs a few more steps away. Apparently if she keeps enough distance between them, everything will be okay! Or... at least that's what she tells herself.]

[Not gonna cry. Not gonna cry... o-okay there are tears. Vie refuses to acknowledge them and goes for the warning glare. It doesn't really work too well.]

[There's a voice coming from the box. It's weird. It's scary. It's... kind of interesting. Maybe she can keep it as a pet? She runs a little further and then fumbles with it as she goes.]

--elp! I can't find Mother!

[Oh jeez. Goten takes a few steps back and holds up his hands.]

It's okay; it's okay. I'll stay right here.

[As if to prove his point he sits down in the middle of the hallway, points to himself and then to the floor. Right here.]

[Hi ~~Marco~~ Felix! You don't look like a clansman! You must be safe! Vie heads straight for him, still clinging to the comm as she goes and wearing amazing D: expression.

She babbles frantically as she goes, pointing back the way she came and generally makes... no sense at all. But it's very important to her. Vie does however stop herself just out of reach and gives him a panicked look.]

*And she's foreign too. Ugh. But Felix can't bring himself to walk off from an obviously terror-strickened little girl. He speaks slowly and softly, hoping that if she can't understand him than at least he'll sound calming or reassuring or something.*

Hey, its okay. *Kind of* I know this place is scary and weird, but you're safe here.

[She stops as well and just stares at him. She's fine. Really. Vie is totally in control of this situation save for the fact that she has no idea what to do next.

Since they're on the junk deck, Vie grabs what looks to be a scarf of some kind and lays it on the floor in a line. She points to Goten, then to the line and shakes her head.]

*He offers a smile and repeats the question in Spanish. What she's speaking certainly isn't Spanish, but maybe she knows that too.*

[The box is talking. Why is it doing that. Vie jumps when he speaks and drops the comm again. The video kicks in with a view of the ceiling and a whiny 'oh shit I hope I didn't break it' sound from Vie.

She peers at it cautiously, not picking the comm up from the ground and just looking at instead.]

[Blank stare is blank. She has no idea what he's saying. When he kick over to Spanish, Vie's mouth drops open. It's a pretty language.]

[Goten nods hurriedly and puts a hand over his heart.]

Right. I'll stay right here.

[...but crap, he needs to talk to her somehow. HOW DOES HE DO THIS. Maybe if he sends a message to her comm...? His is in his pocket, where he left it last night -when he was seven oh God none of this makes sense- and he fishes it out. He points to his comm and then to hers.]

*There was a reaction, but he didn't know if that meant she understood. He sticks to Spanish, anyway, just in case.*

I'm Felix *complete with pointing to himself as he says this! Then he points to Vie.* Who're you?

[Aw man, she can't understand her either!]

I can't understand. Are you okay?

[Oh whoa! The strange guy has a box thing as well! She doesn't know what it is, but it's common ground. Vie holds up her comm and nods. There's a moments pause while she thinks what to do next before she sits down, copying Goten's stance.]

[Oh me oh my, the weird little box thingamajigger started talking! Tony picks it up, squinting at it, and then shakes it.]

[Well this is bad. The talking box is speaking jibberish. D: She drops her voice to a whisper.]
